AHMAD OURY
MANAGING CONSULTANT

Ahmad has 27 years of experience as a management consultant in designing and implementing administrative systems and capacity-building programs, mainly including restructuring, job analysis, job evaluation, performance appraisal systems, employee retention plans, human resources procedures, and policies, in addition to modeling and automating processes. Certified Assessor at King Abdullah Award for Excellence. Ahmed has held senior positions in major companies in Jordan and the Gulf countries during his career, Ahmed has headed several projects including restructuring banks, major companies, and evaluation projects for employees of major oil and financial companies.
Ahmad works as a certified training professional in behavioral skills programs and human resources systems programs. He also holds certificates in economics from the University of Jordan and accredited certificates in training.

ALI JARRAR
SR. CONSULTANT

Mr. Ali Jarrar is a global management expert consultant and advisor. His 29 years of extensive hands-on experience include Cultural Reengineering, Strategic Planning, and Business Process Re-Engineering ( Risk Management, Total Quality Management ( Organizational Effectiveness, and Human Capital Management.
During his career, Mr. Ali worked for reputable organizations in the Middle East and MENA regions. He managed reengineering and to restructure projects in Oil and Gas, Financial Organizations Banking, Investment, Retail, B 2 B, Industrial, and Charity organizations.
Mr. Ali Holds an MBA in HRM from the University of Phoenix, and an MBA in Sustainable Development He is also an ILM-certified coach trainer and a certified NLP practitioner.

SAMAH NAJI
PROJECT COORDINATOR

Samah is the project coordinator in the team She has 10 years of experience in management which includes 5 years of management consulting.

Samah worked on projects in many countries including Libya and Turkey. Her experience is in the fields of HR, Organizational Development, and customer service.

Her academic background is BA in Accounting and currently an MBA candidate in addition to that, Samah is an accredited Training Consultant.
Samah attended many courses in management and soft skills Her specialty is Quality Management and ISO certification in addition to Leadership.

HEBA AL HADITHY

TRAINING COORDINATOR

Heba is the Training Coordinator at Qudurat She has many years of experience in managing and leading training activities and programs.
Heba’s experience includes private and non-government sectors. Heba worked on training programs in Jordan and is coordinating the online training through the Learning Management System(LMS). She is also in charge of international certification programs provided by Qudurat and also manages the strategic training alliances with our local and regional partners.

HANADI SHARAWI

CONSULTANT

Hanadi is the project consultant on the team She has 5 years of experience in project management and in hospitality management. Hanadi’s experience includes private and non-government sectors.

Hanadi worked on projects in Jordan and the UK Her experience is in the fields of HR, Organizational Development, and customer service. Her academic background BA in Social Science, contributed to her career by combining theories to real life.
Hanadi attended many courses in management and PMP She is also specialized in Korn Ferry job descriptions, Job evaluation and grading scale design. Hanadi is also a team member who is specialized in ISO standards in designing policies and procedures.

LINDA EL KURD
CONSULTANT

Linda is an experienced Program Manager with comprehensive skill set and solid expertise in project management Linda has been leading projects in various industries including NGOs, industrial, financial, social, and real estate development She focused on programs Monitoring Evaluation and Quality Control. During her career, Linda also developed experience in Business Process Management. She worked on restructuring projects in Jordan and Palestine.

Amongst other skills, Linda excelled in Business Development and Leadership. Her Communication and Negotiation skills are outstanding. During her career, Linda worked for many organizations in the
MENA region She is a key player in youth development initiatives and programs
Linda Holds a B.A degree in Business Administration and a B .E .D in Education She is also an internationally certified trainer and coach in Empretec training/UNCTAD.

Haya Kittaneh
Consultant

A well-organized person with almost 7 years of experience. During those years Haya was able to have a solid experience in the areas of Relationship Management, Operations Management and Strategic planning.

Dealing with big and enterprise level accounts granted her the needed business acumen, communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to be a valuable asset as a business consultant. Haya have developed her skills to be able to help clients achieve their goals as well as to ensure success in all stages. Haya is always keen to work with a reputable organization with a professional team embarking in developing and serving the organization’s mission and vision.

During her career, Haya worked on many HR projects in the region including the design of Policies and Procedures, Job Descriptions, and HR Audit. 

Haya holds a master degree in business administration and a BA in Management.
